ROKETSAN from Turkey has published a video showing the successful test firing of its Extended Range Long-Range Anti-Tank Missile System (LUMTAS-GM), according to the company demonstrating remarkable efficacy in the field with precise accuracy in hitting a target.

The missile engaged and successfully hit its target at a distance of 16 km. The current LUMTAS missile in use has a range of 8 kilometers.
The new integrated missile system has a range of 1 to 16 kilometers when launched from ground vehicles and 1 to over 20 kilometers when launched from helicopters.

There is a new version under development that can reach up to 32 kilometers when launched from ground vehicles and 50 kilometers when launched from helicopters.

The missile, which can be fired both day and night, can be used against main battle tanks, armored personnel carriers, trucks, all-terrain vehicles, light shelters, trenches, buildings, and low-flying helicopters, depending on the type of warhead it carries.
